Our production begins with the import of day-old parent chicks from one of the global grandparent centers. We source our parent stock from AVIAGEN and use the ROSS 308 hybrid. The transport of day-old parent chicks is carried out using specialized vehicles under strictly controlled conditions. The key to successful production is proper rearing of the parent flock, which requires strict adherence to technological standards. One of the first conditions is placing the chicks in a well-prepared facility. This means the facility must be thoroughly cleaned, disinfected, and heated, with appropriate food and drinking water provided.
The rearing of the parent flock, done in two cycles, is carried out at:

• Azanja, where there are 5 facilities with a total area of 4,000 m²
• Veliko Laole, where there are 4 facilities with a total area of 5,200 m²
• Božurnja, where there are 5 facilities with a total area of 3,000 m²

In these facilities, the parent flock is kept until the 20th week of age, after which they are transferred to exploitation farms.

During the rearing period, the poultry is under constant supervision by the relevant Veterinary Specialist Institutes.
