Company history

The main activity of the company ROBINS doo from Glibovac near Smederevska Palanka is poultry farming, i.e. the production of one-day-old broiler chickens.

  • First flock

Purchased the first parent flock of 500 hens. That year, the flock was raised and moved into
our modified facilities for this type of production. We began learning about the business.

  • First products

This year we focused on selling hatching eggs, planning to increase production, and building
    another facility in the backyard.

  • First incubator

Purchased and started producing day-old chicks in our first incubator, which was
    handmade and lacked much automation.

  • Expansion

Expanded the facility for laying hens and switched from manual to semi-automated feeding
    and watering systems.

  • “ROBINS”

Purchased a ROBINS brand incubator, after which the company was later named. Its
capacity was 43,200 eggs in the setter and 14,400 eggs in the hatcher.

  • A difficult year

A year marked by war and great difficulty, full of problems and challenges we managed to
    overcome.

  • Recovery year

A recovery year following the hardships of the previous year, during which we stabilized
    production.

  • Establishment of ROBINS doo

Established ROBINS d.o.o. Expanded the hatchery by 200 m² and purchased used
GLOBALOMAT incubators with a capacity of 63,360 eggs in the setter and 10,560 in the
    hatcher.

  • Overhaul and automation

Refurbished and automated the purchased incubators and began production. Expanded our
customer base, which at the time included agricultural stores, small farmers, and buyers.

Decided to invest in new facilities at a new location that would become the foundation of
our poultry production. Constructed the first poultry exploitation facility of 720 m².
